How effective is the communication?
The website for TNS Global has good communication and is very effective.

What types of communication does it include?
The types of communication on the TNS Global website are having a video, a case study, a blog for people to look at, contact details and having website and video link attached to the website.

What are the positives of using this type of communication?
Having a video as one of the types of communication has a positive effect on the website as it is visual and people are very used to seeing this type of communication, as you can watch and listen or just listen to what is being informed to you.
The links are positive as the link attached to the website they be linked back to the TNS Global website so it stops the traffic over the internet and is always being linked back to their website.
The contacts shown give a helpful, inviting feel to the website as they are giving out some personal information so if needed you will be able to contact them if you needed help, this is very positive.
The positive effect for the blog allows people to comment and give feedback, this also then shows a two way communication.
The case study is a big positive to the TNS Global website as it hold all the information as well as being in a lot of detail, the case study layout is helpful and easier to understand the information.

What are the drawbacks of using this type of communication?
The drawbacks would be that people could only see their advertising and be able to find this information if they have a computer.
The website is very jumbled together, and if the website layout was spread out and made simpler and set out in sections, people that look on the website will be able to find what they are looking for a lot easier and quicker.
One of the main drawbacks is that they will have to keep updating the website all the time.

How could they improve their communication in future?
For the future they could improve their communication by introducing leaflets with information on them and television adverts so that people without computers would be able to see the information and contact them if needed.
